Basic First Aid training providing the essentials for anyone joining club rides. Perfect for those on the road or venturing off onto gravel and easy trails. This the afternoon session.

About the event
Afternoon session (1:00pm - 4:00pm)
Basic First Aid training will be provided by Skillset First Aid and will include:
- First Aid fundamentals and how to deal with a casualty
- Adult and paediatric CPR
- Safe use of Defibrillator equipment
- Dealing with choking and anaphylaxis
- Recovery position
Everyone completing the course will receive a completion certificate.
