About the event
RLSCC have a dedicated group of mountain bikers heading out every Thursday. The Thursday route is faster and more technical than our social Wednesday routes and vary to cover a reasonable distance across scenic Warwickshire.
Meeting point: Newbold Comyn Cycle Trails (Skills Area) - ///fits.papers.handed
Meeting time: 18:30 for 18:45 departure.
Ride duration: From 90 minutes to about 2 hours, depending on the weather, time of year, and the group.
Pace and distance: typically 10-12 mph, typically covering ~16 miles (less in winter, more in summer, and the group).
We encourage riders of all abilities to join us on our Wednesday ride and those who want a faster and more technical ride on our Thursday rides. We also post the routes and more information on our Facebook page.
The ride often finishes at a local pub if you fancy a post-ride lime soda or other beverages.
Do ensure to bring your lights in winter months as well as spares, kit and clothing appropriate to the weather and time of year..
