About the event
RLSCC have a dedicated group of cross country mountain bikers heading out every Thursday. The routes are relaxed at a social pace and vary to cover a reasonable distance across scenic Warwickshire.
Meeting point: Newbold Comyn Cycle Trails (Skills Area) - ///fits.papers.handed
Meeting time: 18:30 for 18:45 departure.
Ride duration: From 90 minutes to about 2 hours, depending on the weather, time of year, and the group.
Pace and distance: typically 10-12 mph, typically covering ~16 miles (less in winter, more in summer, and the group).
We encourage riders of all abilities to join us on these rides, we also post the routes and more information on our Facebook page.
The ride often finishes at a local pub if you fancy a post-ride lime soda or other beverages.
Do ensure to bring your lights in winter months as well as spares, kit and clothing appropriate to the weather and time of year..
