But the basement is so delightful

And since we've no better place to go

Let us roll! Let us roll! Let us roll!’

It's the Wednesday RLSCC Roller Dungeon of fitness! The finest Wednesday night roller session in the whole of the Leamington Spa and Warwick area and that's a 100% fact right there!

Everyone is welcome and everyone will benefit, from beginners to circus acts, MTB riders, BMX riders, even those singlespeed maniacs, bring your own turbo trainer or jump on one of our sets of rollers to join in the fun, sessions last about 50mins and are designed to improve your fitness and efficiency on a bike.. and don’t worry, we will help you survive your first forays into our wobbly world!

This is a session whereby individuals can come along, join with others and train in a friendly, social environment.

You’ll NEED to bring: 1) bike 2) legs 3) drink.

You'll WANT to bring: 4) heart rate monitor 5) bike computer 6) sense of humour.

The sessions consist of a variety of programmes based on sprints, intervals and progressive techniques.

The club roller training session's home is at the Dale Street Methodist Church Community Centre, CV32 5HL. Entry is from the door on the side of the church located in the small car park (corner of Regent Street and Dale Street), ring the bell labelled 'Cellar'.

There are a few rollers are available for hire from the club, which will be allocated on a first come first served basis. However, these are limited, so if you have your own, please bring them along.

We run sessions, which start promptly at 6:30pm. This is a not for profit session aimed primarily as a benefit for RLS Cycling Club members, so it is priced to cover costs of the room hire and the provision of the rollers and equipment.
