WEDNESDAY NIGHT CYCLO CROSS / CROSS COUNTRY

Meet at the Giant Brand Store at 18:45 for a 19:00 depart.
 

12-14 mph, 20 miles (on average - summer more, winter less!)

Wednesday Night Cross Country and Cyclo Cross training session is perfect for those looking to maintain and build their skills and fitness.

This training session combines both fitness and handling skills, and route is tailored to what people want to get out of the session.
 

So whether you are a pro or just want to get started with CX and XC racing, come along and have some fun. Like everything at RLSCC it is completely open to all and it is all about being on the bike! All cyclo cross riders and of course fast XC riders are welcome also - if only to answer the age old question of which bike is faster off-road!

Ensure to bring your lights in winter months.
